Reflection
Thinking & problem solving skills - Solve and minimize the issues, and think to enhance it to be better for every projects.
Intrapersonal skills - Better time management and ensure sufficient of rest everyday. Release stress by watching movies and listening to music.

ADIII ASSIGNMENTS
ASSIGNMENT 1
PROJECT 1A: POETIC ASSEMBLAGE: < CHOREOGRAPHY + ENVELOPE > - A Bodily-Conscious, Affective, Expressive and Experimental Flagship Construct for a Pas de Deux -

Project 1 is designed for collective efforts in research and knowledge sharing; and for individual bodily-conscious inspiration, affective experience, expression and experimental design process. It introduces a poetic design approach and process informed by the choreography of native culture-inspired contemporary dances. Students are required to observe and document bodily movements of the Choreographic dance with Ethnographic Drawings – plan and elevation movement mapping - in other words. The meanings of the dance shall be understood through reading but, more importantly, to be made sense of through the observation and drawing processes. A form-making process is introduced to achieve the creative outcome of the project A Choreography-Informed Envelope for A Bodily Conscious, Affective, Expressive and Experimental Flagship Construct for a Pas de Deux.
ASSIGNMENT 2
PROJECT 1B: THE (SITE) CHRONICLE + VISCERAL - A Recce of the Site (& Its Vicinity) + A Synchronisation of Place + Experience -

Project 1B is designed for group efforts to undertake site and vicinity recce, as well as conduct people and story inquiry. Students are required to produce A. The (Site) Chronicle, which captures not just physical site data but also the essence of The Place and Its Genius Loci through some guided methods. Photography and sketching, CAD-ing and physical modelmaking techniques are required in this process. The outcome of this exercise shall inform the following design process. The site findings shall facilitate further investigation, exploration, and synchronisation of the place and experience reflected in B. The Visceral. The process shall further instil the specific design methodology developed since Project 1A and continually exercised in Project 1C. It is a design process that engages with the real-world situation.
ASSIGNMENT 3
PROJECT 1C: RECLAIMED ARCHITECTURE: < A DANCE ANNEXE > - An architecture (art)-built form containing a curation of programmes, to reclaim, preserve and promote the local native and contemporary dance culture -

Project 1C requires students to delve into a more comprehensive architectural design interrogation; and employ akin design methodology and approach developed in the past 7 weeks to provide an architectural proposal for Reclaimed Architecture: . The project outcome is a single-volume architecture (art)-built form with a curation of programmes to reclaim, preserve and promote the local native dance culture. It is an extended dance house adjacent to The Encore, where the cultural dance programme and public engagement activities can be carried out.
The task is to design a Dance House (an annexe to the art and performance centre) specifically for the given cultural group/ community and the public. The main programme is to facilitate and preserve dance culture in Malacca. The architectural design should be a standalone building (monolithic building) and it must be two (2) storeys above ground level (a sunken area is allowed but not a full basement – maximum 1000mm deep) and the total floor area of the design scheme must be between 350sqm to 450sqm (external/ outdoor covered area will be calculated as half). Students may decide on the floor-to-ceiling “height”. The design should employ universal design as it should be accessible to all.
